Location 4.5⭐ If you need to be close to the airport, this is ideal since the airport is right across. Although we needed to take a cab because there's no direct footpath to it. Room 4⭐ Room is all right for a night's sleep. Amenities also available (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap). Service 5⭐ Quick check-in and out. Truly ideal for travelling. Amenities 5⭐ Although we haven't tried, they have buffet available. So it's good to have that option. Also has room service and a cafe that's always open, I believe. Value for money is up there, not too pricey for the benefit of being very close to the airport.
Best service, everyone greets you when you enter and/or exit. Everyone is willing to assist and they're non-discriminatory at all. I'd definitely come back for the service alone. Lots of common spaces to lounge on, I think they're a lounge every two floors or so. Great amenities with sauna and steam room, gym, spa, pool and two bars for your enjoyment. The bars close pretty early before 12-2 am so try to be mindful of that. One thing though, it's pretty far from Runway Manila and they offer no free shuttle services. Their paid shuttle services runs you around P1.5k to P2.5k and also isn't available 24/7 if I remember correctly. There is a free shuttle nearby at Plaza 66, but it gets full during rush hour and the wait is long. The buses also aren't in the best condition and it's not the most reliable when you're in a rush. Breakfast selection is pretty limited, no longganisa or fried rice available:(. Some of the dishes were also quite cold and dry, even though we went around 6:20 AM. Most of them were quite salty too, but it's fine. Tolerable. Overall a 3.5/5 stay, would come back for the service but I'd rather recommend Belmont Hotel if your flight is scheduled at an awkward time (red eye flights).
I’m giving this place four stars mainly because of the staff. I accidentally left my phone in the restaurant, and to my surprise, they held onto it for me until I called. That was really kind of them—especially considering how things can sometimes go missing quickly in the Philippines. Big points for honesty and helpfulness! The lobby was decent, but once you get off the elevator on your floor, there's no air conditioning in the hallway, so it has a strong sewer smell, which was unpleasant. The room itself was okay—the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was typical of many budget hotels in the Philippines: flat floor design with no separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets wet, including around the toilet. Location is fine, and the price was definitely affordable. I only stayed one night, so it was manageable. However, if I had known what to expect, I probably would have spent an extra $20 and booked at Belmont Hotel instead.
