Gladys at the front desk was a sweetheart, extremely helpful and truly made our stay comfortable.Dan at Night was a big help as well. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and big very clean. Had an awesome TV hotel was kept up. Never made it to the breakfast, but it always smelled delicious. Every morning I was greeted with a big hello from Gladys telling me to have a great day. My room was on the first floor 107 and it was always very quiet. Couldn’t hear anything outside the walls of our room. Snack machines were always full as well as what to drink. I cannot say anything negative about the hotel and I probably spent about two weeks there traveling back-and-forth what a delight to have such wonderful people working at this location who help to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful, and very attentive to your needs. The hotel is a little old and doesn't look like it has received any renovations in a long time, but it's clear that the staff does a great job keeping this place up. Been here two nights and plan to keep using it in the future.

Well the maximum I give any hotel when they charge a deposit that wasn't mentioned on the Wyndham app is a three, when the hotel doesn't offer any services or have anything worthy of a fee. I don't mind paying a deposit if it's made clear when making the reservation and/or if the place is nice or has any type of billable services. I mean I'm a Wyndham Platinum member so if they need more money from me, they know how to find me. I don't understand how a crappy property feels they have the right to hold onto and tie up extra money of mine, on top of what I'm already paying. It's pointless, inconvenient, and asinine. I will say that the exterior and the lobby looked nice. And the most pleasant thing about this hotel was the man who checked us in on Friday and who was working Saturday. He was extremely polite and professional. At no fault of the hotel, they had a lot of chusma coming in and out this weekend and I saw this man handle all the situations very nicely. But the next reason for my review is that there were only two towels in the room for two adults for two nights. I asked the girl at the desk who had an attitude and was dressed very unprofessionally if they switched them after multiple nights, and she said after three nights. I asked her for more, but it's an inconvenience to have to do that and gross that they would think that's acceptable. The next thing is that the room appeared generally clean, but smelled extremely musty to the point of bothering my allergies. Then, for whatever reason the most obnoxious sounding fire alarm l've ever heard went off at 7:00 in the morning. I know each Wyndham property is independently owned and operated, but if they'd like to see how a true five star La Quinta operates, they should check out the one on Outlet Mall in Saint Augustine, FL for advice.
