I recently stayed at Foxoso Venue Hotel , Delhi hotel for 10 days, and it has been one of the most comfortable and heartwarming experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived till the day I left, every aspect of my stay was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The staff here is incredibly warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their polite and positive attitude made me feel at home throughout my stay. Special thanks to General Manager Mr Deepak Rawat and Manager Mr. Ranjeet Dhari ,who ensured everything was smooth and customised as per our needs. I have some health-related dietary restrictions, and I was amazed by the personal attention given to my meals. The chef went out of the way to prepare food exactly the way I needed, and it made a huge difference to my comfort and well-being. I was traveling with my baby, and I can’t express how thankful I am to the kitchen staff who prepared baby food with utmost care and hygiene. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and I deeply appreciate it. The food for us adults was equally delicious—fresh, tasty, and made with love. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel is exceptional, and every service provided was top-notch. This place truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to families, especially those traveling with children or those who have special food requirements. I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was not available, and the alternative options were quite limited. The air conditioning in the dining area and reception was not functioning, making it uncomfortable to sit there for even a short time. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned or the sheets changed during my two-day stay.
