We had a truly wonderful experience at Saya Grand by Treat Resort. The property itself is vast and beautifully maintained, giving you plenty of space to walk around and unwind. The food was consistently good across all meals, with a wide variety that catered to different tastes. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The gaming area kept us entertained for hours; I especially loved playing carrom there, which added such a nostalgic and homely touch to the stay. What stood out the most, however, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was prompt, courteous, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The warmth in their hospitality really made a difference and elevated the entire experience. Overall, Saya Grand blends space, leisure, and care seamlessly. It’s the kind of place where you feel looked after while still having the freedom to enjoy at your own pace. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and recreation.

Had recently visited the place over weekend. The approaching road is not in a good condition. The staff at reception did not give any brief of what all is located in the property example where is restaurant, swimming pool, gaming area located. No briefing about meal timings when asked just shown that the small board at reception table. The staff had good rooms available in family room category but were trying to check us in in a average quality room. We had to request twice to give a room in good condition (surprisingly they said its all booked but same was showing available on website). We had to wait for 20 mins that too after expressly asking for a good room, also it seems there were interns at the reception and no proper manager or staff. The washroom hygiene in room is not maintained properly we had to ask again to clean it. Basics like towels, robes were not readily available in room. For staff at the restaurant big time need of training is required, lack of hygiene in the restaurant and the attitude of staff there is not at all good. The senior staff was majorly only focusing on larger groups and rest of the guest were not in existence for them. Not a good experience will not recommend visiting the property. No service as per the price charged
