Sayarsan Hotel Yangon

I just checked into my room and I’m already enjoying it so much that I had to write a review right away! The concierge service has been polite and incredibly helpful — from assisting with parking to personally guiding me to my door. The room itself is fresh, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are truly top-notch, exceeding my expectations. I’ve stayed at other 5-star hotels in Yangon before, but this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommended!

I saw some bad comments on this hotel but as a 4stars hotel,it is a very nice hotel.As you said , guest satisfaction is their priority.It is true but sometimes they may be lacking in the pay attention to the guests cuz as a receptionist and a housekeeper, they are handling over 100 and 200 guests a day. That's why we all need to feel them. Please don't be too selfish.should be have benevolence on them. please respect.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the service was terrible. The reception staff are lacking in service , indifferent, and unwilling to assist guests with even the simplest requests. They show no interest in customer service, making the entire experience frustrating and unwelcoming. A hotel should prioritize guest satisfaction, but unfortunately, that is not the case here. If you’re looking for a place where staff actually care about their guests, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.
