I wouldn't say it's the worst. It's a 22 year old hotel and probably had some issues during Covid and the turkey earthquake. With some right investments it can shine again.
I really wouldn’t recommend this, my stay has been very unpleasant, First, I chose this hotel for the pool only to find out that it’s not available due to problems and that has not been updated on their page, second, the showering water is weak and extremely hot or cold, the fridge in my room was broken so I couldn’t keep my beverages cold, and I the sour cream on breakfast was spoiled and it ruined my whole appetite, overall, it was a bad experience, I wouldn’t come here again or recommend it to anyone
Worst experience ever .Very bad service,The Safety cabinet is not working,Also they are not hosting us properly.very bad attitude of the staff,and they dont speak english or arabic. Food is the same for 4 days and not high quality. There is no iron in the room There is no hot water kittle in the room we asked for one and the staff simply ignored us. The water in the bathroom is salty looks like its sea water Bad view. Colored swimming pool. Far from meydan place.
