Room decor was lovely, furniture comfortable, amenities convenient to use, breakfast was tasty, and it is very good for even lacto-vegetarians. Staff was very well-informed and gracefully friendly. Staff can communicate well in English, as well. Location is very near to Gushan Ferry point, about 20 min walk. Very convenient to get to any public transport, as well.

Very good hotel. My family room had free instant noodles. Room is generally very clean and hotel is not too far from station but is a problem to bring the luggage there. The breakfast there is very good. Based on the day you live there, you can get fries and nuggets or others like spaghetti. Overall for me a 5 out of 5

Location was superb—walking distance to Pier 2 Art Center and Liouhe night market. I did have a bad time interacting with the staff, who were overwhelmingly rude. The customer service overall was terrible. They won’t even let you get a cup of coffee in the lobby until 10am unless you buy a breakfast voucher, which isn’t worth it; you can get better breakfast from the plethora of little restaurants in the area. The room was clean, but the “view” is a tiny window about five feet above the ground so it’s hard to see unless you stand on the couch, the fridge doesn’t work, and there are three sets of light switches so it’s a guessing game to figure out how to turn specific lights on or off. Overall acceptable but wouldn’t stay here again.
