The room was big with 4 beds. The beach was good. The breakfast was normal. Wifi was not good. The floor in the room was soapy after cleaning. The swimming pool was good. Access to beach was amazing. A lot of turtles.
There are so many hidden charges for locals. We had to pay additional Rs 1750 for using the out door shower. This is because our kids went to beach and they wash the sands before jump into pool. And another additional chargers for using indoor wash room to wash sand Rs 750 per each. We’ve booked a room for our gang. Lift was not working. So we asked our adults to use ground floor changing room. Food portions are not enough for even one person. Receptionists was act like CID lady and no hospitality with her. Really disgusting the way they treated us.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant in Galle. I paid LKR 23,000 for lunch, and despite that, I was charged an additional LKR 350 for my child to shower after swimming at the beach. While the fee itself isn’t the issue, it raises concerns about the establishment's customer care and ethics. I cannot recommend this place.
