I have been second time in this lovely hotel. The rooms were amazing and was matching region &hotel concept. Foods were really very tasty as well as associate were very friendly and smiling. I had chance to meet hotel general manager MR Unay that he was very dedicated. I can say he improving hotel hospitality satisfaction. Because he is very professional and associate can learn many things from him. I really recommend this hotel to all travelers whom really want to rest and want to have local region food.

This hotel is superb! A haven of peace nestled in the middle of the countryside. The restaurant is also very good and the staff friendly, I recommend it!

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, particularly in the restaurant, and the food and wine were good. Our room was clean and matched the photos. However, we found the overall atmosphere quite lacking throughout the property. The common areas, pool area, and riverside seating all felt rather empty and uninviting - there's just no real vibe or atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and enjoy the spaces. The pool area especially looked quite sad and unwelcoming. We also encountered a sewage smell on our balcony, which meant we couldn't use the outdoor space. Additionally, it was unclear what activities or amenities were actually available at the hotel itself. While they promote their wine offerings, we couldn't find clear information about what experiences the hotel provides on-site or in the immediate surroundings. The basics are covered well enough, but the lack of atmosphere throughout the property really affects the overall experience. With some attention to creating a more welcoming vibe, this place could improve significantly!
