Dorm and Tong were very helpful, it was 10:10pm and me and my dad were craving some good Thai som tum and marinated salmon and they helped instantly with finding the best restaurants and even helped ordered through their phone. Highly recommend this hotel staff service is 10/10
We spend a week in this hotel. The room was good have a bathtubs with view on swimming pool. I love it. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. 3 things make me disappointed. They didn’t clean under the bed and that was disappointing. The food menu was limited not many options for vegetarian and coffee was not tasty at all. I got extra charges for no clear reason in booking. Location was far away from tourist attraction but it was a good experience to live a local life. 30min walk to next train station.
This hotel is horrible. Staff is very rude nit even a hello. Rooms are bot nice. No towels provided at the pool. Only rice and nudels for breakfast and omelet. Rooms facing highway are concrete walls. Deserves 2 stars max. Totally overpriced. Should be taken of booking .com and hotels.com. the worst hitel I stayed in in 20 years visiting bangkok
