We stayed at this hotel in Berlin for five days, and while my daughter unfortunately got sick during our trip, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They went out of their way to help us and showed genuine care, which made a tough situation much easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located — but what truly stood out was the warmth and humanity of the team. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend staying here.
Superb hotel, plenty of room for 3 adults in a room, which was very clean and well presented. 10-15 mini walk to the zoo past some lovely restaurants and close to a busy shopping centre. Very welcoming service at reception throughout our stay. Thank you.
Amazing breakfast! Great choice, I was really impressed by the quality as well. The staff is wonderful, kind & attentive. Check-in was quick and simple. But I really didn’t like the room: too small, bedding was flimsy and the mattress & pillows were not comfortable. The hotel would benefit from a renovation as it looks rundown. Would not book again based on this experience.
