Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz

The location of the hotel is excellent. The reception staff was very friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and meticulously cleaned. The room was a good size and the minibar was charged free of charge upon arrival. Coffee and tea were charged daily upon request. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent and complete and had natural juices. The staff was also very friendly. I recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

We stayed 3 nights in the Superior room for our vacation at Berlin. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. It’s also located very near U Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park station (just next door) and a 5 minutes walk to S+U Potsdamer Platz station. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping malls within walking distance from the hotel.

Location was superb, can visit most places by foot and the station is close by for further afield. Lots of great eateries and bars in walking distance. Room was basic but adequate with very nice decor. The air con only went to 19 and we found the room to get quite stuffy but you can open the window so no big deal. To have the room cleaned you can scan a QR code - we didn’t use this as only stayed two nights but a good idea. We really like the concept and location so would definitely stay again and use more hotel amenities like the bar etc next time.
