Very good hotel. Very accommodating staff. Good generous breakfast. Clean rooms.

Very nice and newly built hotel. You pay for parking but the charging is included in the price. Close to the highway but little to none roadnoice.

There were some issues with the central sunscreen control, a thing that seems a bad idea at the outset to me. Would have preferred to have control of it myself. Food was good. Honestly, feel the hotel is kinda pulling down the restaurant, because while the hotel is a fairly basic box for storing your employees out on travel, the restaurant was slightly albeit pleasantly fancy. We had a veggieburger and the fish soup. Veggieburger was from somewhere… I didn’t investigate the implication of its origins, but it was kinda dense. Good, but dense. Mushrooms and grain kinda thing, I felt, but don’t quote me on that. (He said to his imaginary audience). Fish soup had shavings of some sort of root vegetables garnished atop itself. Fennel, maybe. Soup had salmon and shellfish. The food was served by a friendly women, who was perfectly hospitable and also gets extra marks for coming back and saying there would be a buffet style dinner service in an hour, in case we would rather do that. Reflecting on it now, I am suspecting that maybe the kitchen asked her to ask us if we wanted that, because buffet style dinner service is maybe a lot of work. I don’t know, never cooked for more than four people. Got a bit hectic, though…🤔 Anyway, before I take my stream of consciousness elsewhere, I’d like to add that having stayed at some Scandics now, I feel their design aesthetic has started to grate on me a little. Might just be a me thing. … Having reflected on the restaurant, I’m bumping my rating to 4…
