Scandic Crown

Very attentive staff, specially at the bar/restaurant area. They supported my family nicely and were very polite. There's a good area in the back for cars to drop/pick up people. The dinner was good and the food portion is bigger than the average in Sweden.

A great place to stay. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown attractions. Many thanks to Ms. Sara for being very professional & hospitable. She made the stay even more enjoyable.

This review is for both the room and the bar. Rooms are good, we stayed in the newly renovated rooms. The staff is happy, and service minded. (At least the youngsters we encountered). We had 2 rooms booked for 5 people, only got 2 cards, but easily fixed when you tell them, but they didn't ask, but staff were junior so it's fine. The bar / restaurant had some really nice quality cocktails. Actually one of the best we have had the last two years. Its close to the central station, not over crowded and with friendly staff. Not sure about the size of the rooms though. We had 2 rooms, paid €600 for 2 nights, so €150 per night in the central of Gothenburg, can't demand much. It's ok.
