Scandic Europa

Scandic Europa is an amazing hotel perfectly placed in Gothenburg. The room has air conditioning, and good ventilation which keeps the room cool and comfortable. Staff are nice as they usually are at Scandic. Even though we stayed one night, i am very happy that we chose this hotel. Although there were many to choose from. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything felt fresh and hot. The pool, and gym is also top notch. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t know which hotel to choose. It’s amazing!

Excellent location. Near a river and a bustling high street is nearby (within 5-10 minute walk). The rooms are amazing. Super comfortable beds and the rooms come with a kettle and teas! The bathroom was spacious too (compared to other Scandic hotels we'd been in). Perfect. The staff were lovely too! We had breakfast included and sadly missed out one day due to an early flight back home, but the breakfast was great. Lots of choice! A favourite of mine would have to have been the Pancakes with Lingonberry jam and fresh whipped cream!

Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful. Pool is good, if not a little on the small side. Bar and food area were good too. It seems to cator for all and the room quality was decent. Only downside for us was the thin walls to the next room. Sound proofing against the outside noise seemed good but not internal noise. Family room had good amount of space unlike many. So that's also a plus.
