Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer

Beautiful hotel. A modern Scandinavian-style building mixed with a contemporary look. The rooms are well laid out, some with lovely views of the River. Well-positioned, close to Hoptbahnof and central Frankfurt. The staff are nice. Breakfast is really good. Clean hotel with all amenities. The gym is really nice with modern equipment. Thoroughly recommend.

Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer is a conveniently located, contemporary, and very clean hotel. Its position within walking distance of the river made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby sights. The views of the city from my room were a highlight, boasting a fantastic view of the sunset over the cityscape. The gym was also a nice bonus—though the treadmill was unfortunately out of order during our stay, it gave us the perfect excuse to go for a scenic run along the river instead. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay in a great location.

The reception staff were terrific. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and I hope the hotel appreciates them. They were the late afternoon/evening shift I think. We had the room with the view and it was an amazing view. For us it was worth a small price difference. But, the environmental efficiencies meant that the room processes were not ideal. The room had no phone and a call to reception from your own phone was via a call routing system.The default choice to skip room cleans meant that the undersized bins were not emptied and bathroom supplies were not replaced. The location could have been a little better as some nearby streets near the station did not feel super safe - but the hotel street was fine. The room itself was great although our bathroom had some water issues. We would stay here again.
