Scandic Helsfyr

We stayed here on our way to the fjords, for that it is conveniently located. The breakfast is very good, the best I had in such hotels. The rooms are very decent, bed was good. The gym is actually really well equipped they have a proper weightlifting stand with bars and plates, multiple kettlebells rowing machines etc. The only complaint is that the gym was really dirty, the floors were full of dust etc.

A perfect option for those who travel by car. We left the car in the hotel underground parking and getting to the city center did not make any difficulty. The room was clean with an amazing view. The breakfast is very diverse, there are absolutely any dishes that you can wish for, the quality of products is very good.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, and iron; everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.They can improve in room services like more variety of tea and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight; delicious and varied, served by the kindest and most attentive staff we’ve encountered. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Helsfyr train and bus station, which made getting to and from the airport incredibly smooth. We took the train from the airport to Oslo Central Station, and from there, any of the underground lines 1 to 4 go directly to Helsfyr.
