We stayed in a few different hotels across Europe and the rooms here were spacious and modern. When one of our rooms, the phone didn’t work. They have a ok breakfast buffet. I wish they would’ve had traditional pancakes. Instead they had a strange flavor. They our close to the train station.
Absolutely perfect location for getting around Helsinki! Walk off the airport train and you're there. (Tip: If you arrive on platforms 12-16 walk straight ahead out on to the street, turn right and you'll see the entrance to the hotel). Every staff member by interacted with was very friendly helpful and efficient. My room was comfortable enough but a little bit dated and it was disappointing that I wasn't able to adjust the temperature of the air consequently it was quite warm. However the location made up for the shortcomings and I would definitely stay there if going to Helsinki again.
Rooms are big enough. No Air Conditioning and the windows cannot be opened. They gave me a tiny desk fan which I put next to the bed. The Dove soaps in the bathroom are nice. No other toiletries. The shower water pressure is a bit weak. The breakfast is surprisingly good! The location is the best, right next to the train station and bus stops. Photo is of the train station next to the hotel.
