Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free WiFi and of good quality. Be aware that the law in Finland requires that an alcoholic drink is opened before the staff hands it over to you. If you want to enjoy it later, make sure it has a screw top. You're probably supposed to drink it there at the hotel.
The shower gel bottle was empty in my room, which I find quite unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Same problem was for another person for the group
One of the most expensive hotels in town and disappointing experience. The room was comfortable although the beds were poorly made in the morning, the interior is not pretty, and has been carelessly put together with tasteless furniture Breakfast was good and offered large choice, but the buffet is downstairs so no windows and the boiled eggs are not kept warm There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, and apparently it is forbidden to eat your own food in the lobby of the hotel... The staff was nice and helpful
