Scandic Jyväskylä City

Good hotel location in the center of the city within a short stroll to shopping (Forum, Sokos) and restaurants. Our room though was at the other wing accessible only via a tunnel at level 'K'. Room size is standard size, not particularly large. There is an iron room to wash and dry clothes. The pool and sauna are accessed along 'K' level while the gym is at the annex we stayed at.

Scandic Jyväskylä City is centrally and conveniently located, just a block away from the pedestrian street Kauppakatu and close to the city's shopping and restaurants. The hotel spans two buildings and includes a parking garage next to it. Jyväskylä railway station is also very close. The room was old-fashioned but spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was large and not too crowded, even at 9 am. The breakfast was fresh and met standard requirements. No reservation needed.

The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety and selection, with delicious options to start the day. The location is also fantastic, situated right in the city area, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and amenities. Lots is restaurants within walking distance too.
