I haven’t stayed at the Scandic Hotel, but I’ve been to their rooftop terrace, and it was such a nice surprise. They have a bar, some small food platters, and on certain Fridays there’s a DJ playing. It was super chill sitting up there with a drink, overlooking Nørreport – definitely feels like a little oasis in the middle of Copenhagen. I’m absolutely coming back with more friends next time. Feels like I’ve found a hidden gem in the city.

*Location is amazing! *They don’t have phones in the room for their convenience but makes the guests life difficult as you can’t call the reception *Side Table is not their on one side of the bed, inconvenient. *No room cleaning daily, they expect you to book in advance, plus no phones so make it even more harder. Pro:- Room is modern and neat Location is great

honestly loved the hotel’s room, because they upgraded me to the best room they have (i had to pay though) - the view was awesome. HOWEVER, this is right above the train station and during the weekend, at night, there’s a lot of crazy people screaming and fighting i literally witnessed the police chasing down a woman who was hitting another one.. i would say it’s not the safest or quietest area. anyways, i’ve never been to a hotel where i had to pay for toiletries. i asked for a toothbrush or toothpaste and they said sure and then wanted to charge me - so i said nvm and left. also the hair dryers don’t work for more than 3 minutes, i changed two of them and still not good quality (i have long hair and it takes a while to dry). while the girl at the reception who checked me in was lovely and made me feel welcome, the guy i asked the toiletries to seemed like he just wanted to go home and was kinda rude. this is definitely a good hotel but it’s way too expensive - good thing is the free drink and the full breakfast. Lastly, who TF charges water 7€ for 2 bottles???
