Scandic Opus Horsens

We stayed in this hotel, because Harry Styles had his concert in the near by arena and I must say, it was one of the best concert related stays I've ever had. The receptionists were friendly, the rooms were super quiet and we had a nice view. The breakfast was amazing- they have a waffle maker and that's basically all I need to be happy in the morning. There were only a couple of little things wrong during our stay. First of them was the hot tea watter during breakfast. It wasn't a normal hot water, instead it smelled and tasted like used coffee water. Hopefully they will notice and fix that soon. Also there's no fridge in the room and only like 3 hangers in the closet. But as I've mentioned earlier, these are all details... :) Sobif you're looking for a nice quiet place to spend the weekend, you can't go wrong with this hotel. 10/10 from me :)

I stayed here for one week for a business trip. The hotel is nice and the rooms are okay for the price. Unfortunately the showerhead was a bit broken, so the waterflow wasn’t very good at all. They do offer vegetarian options in the restaurant. The service/staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, but our room has been 24 degrees the entire time we have been here, no one came to make our beds since we stayed 2 nights. No fridge, no pressure in the shower whatsoever and obviously no ventilation or any kind of air just a fan we had to ask for. I understand it’s not always hot in Danmark (we live in Norway) but come on 24 degrees in our room is not ok nor comfortable in anyway. The breakfast was quite boring and the “hot” section (eggs, bacon bits) was room temp at best. The staff have been helpful, nice and tried to help. But it comes across as very budget hotel. I expect better from Scandic. I will think twice before using this company in the future.
