I booked a Standard Family Three room. The room itself was ok for us three , the aircon was working well. My kids slept well but I didn't and I think it was because of the bed and pillows, they were somewhat hard or uncomfortable for me. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great as we expected - the normal scandic breakfast, healthy but also offers more for each one's preferences. My kids liked their free mocktail by the way. The hotel's location is good, near a mall, market, the kauppatori, and parks. Despite the bad sleep I had, I would come back again next time if given the need for a place in Oulu.
Chose this hotel due to air conditioning but it is switched off during the nights. So slept poorly. Otherwise pleasant stay. Clean rooms, good variety on breakfast, friendly staff and free parking just a few blocks away. Will stay again if no need for air conditioning, otherwise elsewhere.
The temperature in the room was high and the ac did not work. I got the tool to open window from reception but managed just to open a small ventilation window. On breakfest everything was empty and dirty. We were a party of four people and they said that we cant have a conversation and need to book a conference room
