A great hotel in the perfect place. City center, railway station, bus from airport stops close. One of the nicest staff ever. If you plan to include breakfast - DO IT! The breakfast buffet is of huge variety and everything is so delicious and endless lactose-free of options. The sauna was really good too. The only thing I did not like is the fact that I could not open a window. Is it because of railway station nearby or other reason but I felt sort of inprisoned and often it would lack fresh air which A.C. doesn't make up for.

Hotel very close to the station and the center of Tampere. The structure is informal, practical but very efficient. The rooms are basic, quiet and clean.The staff is very professional, kind and helpful, possibility of paid parking at the property. The breakfast is very abundant, there are sweet and savory dishes with many hot and cold drinks. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and the. City center is just a few steps away.The hotel has an internal restaurant for a fee that offers a good number of culinary proposals. Certainly an excellent structure with an excellent quality-price ratio, absolutely recommended for those staying in the city of Tampere.

The location was good. Conveniently located next to train station and there’s a grocery store located in the ground floor of the building. Easy walking to restaurants and a church up the hill. The customer service left a lot to be desired. Too often the staff talks to you as if you haven’t been a traveler for 20+years. You can’t the wrong right by trying to sound convincing. Yikes! Didn’t try to explain where to find breakfast or the gym in the downstairs bomb shelter. The rooms were so-so clean. The glasses still had the lipstick stains. Anyone who has ever dined out or worked in a restaurant knows to check glasses for lipstick stains. The mini fridge was over stocked with all of their overpriced sundries. Just leave it empty so we can keep a couple bottles of waters or kefirs.
