Scandic Rosendahl

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast selection is super. I had a lovely walk in the nature protection area. The views from the Pyynikki tower are gorgeous. I also walked to the city center which is also within a walking distance.

I stayed at Scandic Rosendahl, and my experience was honestly quite memorable. As someone who really appreciates comfort, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel delivered on many levels. First of all, the location is stunning. It’s right next to Pyynikki Ridge, surrounded by beautiful nature and lakes perfect for peaceful walks and just unwinding. I love spending time outdoors, and having such easy access to nature was a huge plus. It felt like the best of both worlds: being close to the city while still getting that calm, scenic environment. The hotel itself had a nice, relaxed vibe. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable simple but well-kept. The bed was super cozy, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring. I also noticed how quiet it was, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. One thing that stood out to me was the breakfast buffet. I’m a bit of a foodie when it comes to breakfast, and Scandic Rosendahl didn’t disappoint. There was a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It’s the kind of breakfast that gives you a good start to your day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I value good communication and kindness, and they really made an effort to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Whether it was answering questions, giving directions, or just offering a warm greeting, their service added to the positive experience. If I had to mention one downside, I’d say the decor felt a bit dated in some areas. It didn’t take away from my comfort, but a little refresh would make the space feel even more inviting. Overall, my stay at Scandic Rosendahl was peaceful and enjoyable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with great surroundings and solid service. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice location with a swimming pool and good saunas. Beach near by and tons of activities. The hotel allows you to rent bikes or you can take a bus. The room had trash under the bed, but I also checked in early, so maybe they had no time to double check the room. All room types do not include bathrobe and sandals. Thr badic one requores you to rent them 5 euros for bathrobr and 6 euros for the sandals. Sauna/pool is included. The room had very noicy air condition and it was hot, wr chose less sound and had to lower the power of it. Yet it was loud. Take pair of earplugs on case it is too loud. If you want the best views, make sure you ask to get a room from the beach side. The parking lot wasnt much of a view 😅 Staff was friendly and overall good experience.
