Rooms are so warm and badly ventilated, with no way of cooling below 19°C.
We booked on the 21.12.24 and had room 302 with four kids and the dog….and to top everything of I parked in the basement car park Excellent staff on the reception….After having a good experience I decided to book the same hotel on the way back from my trip 28.12.24…. First of all they said something was wrong with the booking.. we couldn’t have the junior suite as dogs weren’t allowed!!! Hallo I had this room a week before… then I got offered two rooms for the same price… a bit of a problem but solvable.. our two oldest kids 15 and 14 had to go to a different room on a different level… we stayed with our younger kids and dog in the other room … last but definitely not least I had to pay for the basement parking !!! Not impressed at all … guy on reception said this was new… Anyway I think if you pay good money for rooms you should be able to park for free. I must say if I was the manager I would definitely change this and be more customer friendly.First experience Brilliant .. Second experience was definitely not good. I can’t honestly recommend the hotel anymore after my second time staying here. However if things change with parking, rooms and so fourth I would say give it a try. Still I would like to thank all the friendly staff .
Whatever you do, get your dinner somewhere else.. Decent enough rooms, nice bathroom. The windows open which is great but not necessary since the temperature was nice and cool. Had the sirloin steak for dinner and it's the worst food I've ever been served. Sure, it was edible, technically but that's about it. It cannot have been prepared by anyone calling themselves a chef.
