Scandic Sortland

First thing first, the hotel has a parking lot! Which in Norway I discovered that it's very difficult to find. The staff was very kind and have supported in every request. The room was very clean, big and with all the amenities, exept for the hair dryer :(but the staff helped me on retrieving one). The breakfast was full of sweet and salty products, with a variety of drinks. Also the hall was very comfy and cozy, perfect to get a tea and maybe read a book. Would definitely chose this hotel again!

Excellent hotel. Great and varied breakfast. I really liked the positive eggs for breakfast - a nice detail that lifts the mood. Delicious immune drink (ginger?). The temperature in the room was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is normal. Cool experience with swimming in the sea after the sauna. Suitable for traveling with children and pets. But making paid parking in a cozy city, where there are many free spaces within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, is somehow strange.

Amazing hotel with quite friendly staff and a beautiful lobby. I got breakfast included in my stay. There was a great selection and tasty food. The view from our room and the lobby was truly breathtaking and I spent a lot of time simply admiring the view. There is also a dock nearby with a RIB boat which offers RIB safaris in the local area. There are also a lot of options for convenience stores and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Overall a great hotel with appealing architecture and inspiring views. Highly recommended.
