Scandic Star Lund

My stay at Scandic Star Lund was nothing short of excellent. The hotel boasts a modern, welcoming atmosphere with clean, comfortable rooms and attentive staff who ensure every detail is covered. Its convenient location near Lund’s city center is an added bonus for exploring the area. The breakfast, in particular, stands out as a highlight. The selection is diverse, impeccably presented, and caters to a wide range of preferences, all within a pristine dining area. The breakfast manager’s dedication is evident in the seamless organization and quality, making it a truly enjoyable start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay!

A nice hotel with very service oriented staff. We often stay in Scandic hotels when we are in Sweden. And although it is not always very luxurious, staff often goes the extra mile for their guests (This is also worth a lot to us). We used to stay at Elite hotels but Scandic is in our opinion better in their guest experience / service and breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights in a suite with our 4 year old son. No demand is too much and there are nice small and simple activities for children. Very attentive staff and the zombie cocktail was a big hit with our son! More than good price quality ratio. see you soon!

Please avoid this place! Horrible room, dirty, beds not prepared and the pool was booked so we could not use it . The information when booking the hotel is not clear regarding pool use and only says that in some cases they would need to limit the use of the pool not that you will definitely not use it. Complained to the manager and his answer was if you don’t like go. Difficult to believe that a hotel manager come with that tone when customers feels completely deluded. So on top NOT customer focus place. Btw, not the only customers complaining, it was a queue of unhappy customers.
