Good price, standard room. Clean rooms and great service-minded staff.

Mostly positive things. The breakfast was fine, standard for Sweden. The room was clean and nice. They had a nice crib for the little one. There is also a play room for kids, which is genius for a hotel. I don’t know how many people travel with toddlers but it really made a huge difference for us. It was so cold our car wouldn’t start and the staff was personally very helpful and even tried to help us jump start the car with their car. Super friendly and helpful. The room had, the full suite of toiletries. A bathtub which is nice with little kids. A nice window with a view. The sauna was good, but you had to book a time. The bad part of this hotel is the parking. Super unclear and hard to find. We parked in a spot that we thought was a spot and even asked a staff member to confirm but in the morning we got a parking ticket for 800kr. Very disappointed with that, they need to provide better parking options for their guests.

The rooms appear to be compact and quite warm. There was a loud fan in my room. As for breakfast, it follows the typical Scandic style, offering options that should satisfy most people with average tastes (including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free). But the service staff is so sweet, lovely, personal, so this has become my second home base. IF you prefer the more luxurious, brand new feeling, choose another place. This is more a good place to have as a home base for several visits.
