I won’t call this a 4 star hotel, same breakfast everyday, pretty basic. I had a reservation from Monday night to Saturday morning, which I have cancelled and replaced with another reservation from Tuesday night to Saturday morning, and they still charged me for an extra night and won’t refund me for it. Front desk service is okay, rooms are okay as well.
Webpage says sauna is always open, but when you try to enter at 22:30 it says it is open until 22. I would have known this I would have hurried.
I feel quite disappointed. For a 4-star hotel, the price is not cheap, and I can't believe they didn't provide a kettle in the room. We requested one, but they said the room we booked is "economy" or something similar, so they don't provide a kettle. I don't think this is reasonable—most hotels at a similar price point do provide one. I believe the price we paid we deserve a kettle. If I had other options, I would never want to book this again
