We are traveling with nine family members. Due to a glitch in their software, the rooms we booked were not correctly reserved. They were prepared when we arrived and kindly provided room accommodations for all in my family. I was very impressed with their preparation and willingness to work with us. They were very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and quiet.

I like the room, and I like the location even more. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of good choices. The only thing that annoys is that you need to reserve your breakfast slot (6, 7, 8, 9) and it last 45 minutes. And what is more disturbing is that even with the reservation, you may face difficulties finding a table to sit. Reception services can be improved.

Walked into the hotel, at first it seemed nice and cozy place and felt happy with our choice. But the moment we entered our room, the horrors started showing. We opened the minibar, found an empty bar, an empty pizza box and a mango lassi yoghurt. Okay, happens, lets inform the staff so we won't be charged and move on with the tourist life. Went into the bathroom just to find someone's used heel patch in the shower, turned around and some very disgusting stains on the mirror greeted us. That was enough to withstand and we went to the reception to show the pictures of our complaints. We were given a new room which felt like a downgrade after everything we'd already experienced and received a very aloof and insincere apology from the receptionist in the end of the conversation. Okay, a cleaning person had a bad day, happens. We adapted to the new room and felt relieved that we wouldn't have to deal with anyone else's mess no more.. but in the morning I woke up to feel that there's SOMEONE'S CUT TOENAIL STUCK TO MY LEG..🤮🤮🤮 how does this hotel have such a high rating on booking.com?? Very very very disappointed. That place is dirty as hell.
