Good hotel and location. Breakfast also had a good spread. The only bummer was we had to pay extra for early check-in, even when we were there after 1PM as check-in opens at 4PM. I get it but most the places would offer it complementary since its not super early check-in (just couple of hours before actual time), and room is available & ready.
Location wise very good location in Bergen, one can walk down to city center. Very good locality. No complaints on the service. Breakfast is awesome, the spread is unmatched. No complaints on cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Still I shall not recommend, why? The price is too high, the room is much smaller than I expected in the money spent. A single narrow bed and very small room. Did not like it or expect it in the price offered. I went in June, you get light till late evening. The curtains did not get closed properly resulting light all along with very less sleep. Hotel should give focus on customer comfort.
The room was simple, but acceptable! You feel it is clean. The bathroom was spacious. The service was almost not existent. Breakfast was plenty but they had one coffee machine for more than 200 people on breakfast. 😌
