During our stay in the Blue Mountains, we stayed at this lovely hotel with wonderful staff, delicious food, and great facilities. For us, it was perfect. The only suggestions I would make are to include a bathrobe and flip-flops in the room for more comfortable access to the hot tub and sauna, and to add a second chair in the room so two people can sit comfortably. And, as a big darts fan, I think it would be fantastic to have a dartboard in the game room 🎯😁

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kyah. The staff were warm and welcoming with exceptional service. The amenities were top notch and appreciated the use of the sauna and spa. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic evening dinning - BLAQ, all meals were amazing and the desert was so delicious. A hidden gem that others need to experience.

An amazing addition to the Blue Mountains area. When booking accommodation for the weekend, I found a lot of other competing hotels very tired and in need of a refurbish based on reviews. This place had great reviews and they were right. It has a Palm Springs feel about it and even though it’s 10 mins drive from Katoomba, the price point, service and furnishings are far superior than many of the more central hotels and accommodation closer to Katoomba and Leura. Staff were friendly and attentive, all new furnishings, clean and not noisy or too busy. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice addition, as I feel many hotels don’t include this in their rates anymore. The only thing I would leave a criticism on is the lighting in the rooms especially the bathroom. Definitely needs a brighter light in there. However, I would still recommend this to anyone staying in the Blue Mountains area.
