We only had a brief stay as we were attending a funeral and the Scenic Hotel was perfect. Room was clean, warm and comfy. All we needed for 1 night. We had breakfast the next morning the selection was vast and reasonably priced. All the staff we met were really friendly. We stay in Paihia regularly and we normally prefer options for self catering, however we really enjoyed the overall comforts of the Scenic Hotel so we will probably choose to stay there in the future.
Staff is extremely friendly. Not one, but all the round the clock staff is extremely polite and friendly. They go extra mile to cater your requests. Rooms were big and very well maintained. And yes they do have Halal meat if you would like to dine in at their restaurant. Unlike some other hotels, the TV was fully smart and functional. Highly recommended !!
The room was comfy and clean. It was a bit cold for us but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The young fella at the bar and his supervisor were amazing 👏🏿👏🏿top notch service. Definitely taking all the family back in the near future✌🏿
