We had a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely with some thoughtful touches like a 4 USB port and a coat rack. Loved the fire and comfy lounge chairs. The spa bath and shower were great and the bed was so comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff we met were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices of what to have. This is one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in for a long time. We will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thankyou for a lovely stay.🙂

Clean presented room, loved the white layout, hot showers, king size comfy bed, liked the toiletries smelled nice. Tv only 1 channel if you watched it. Calm garden areas, very lush. Only fault I could find was no ice for our drinks even at reception, unusual? 5 mins from main eating drinking village.

Average Experience at Oasis Hotel I recently stayed at the Oasis Hotel, and while the rooms and washrooms were clean and comfortable, there were several issues that detracted from my experience. Firstly, there are no lockers in the room, which is a basic amenity that I expect. The hotel is also located 5 km from the town, with no shuttle or cab service provided. The reception kitchen and housekeeping are only open from 7-10 am and 3-7 pm, leaving you stranded if you need anything outside these hours. If you don't have a car, getting to and from the hotel is a hassle. There are no taxi services or public transport in the town, and the only shuttle service available charges $15 per person for a one-way trip. I appreciate that the hotel upgraded my room, but the housekeeping service was subpar. They only changed the washroom towel, but didn't clean the room or washroom properly. No wiping of the washroom, making the bed, or cleaning the sink. The breakfast spread was also limited, with only bread, butter, coffee, cereals, and 2 types of fruits available. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the lack of amenities, services, and proper housekeeping makes it a less-than-ideal choice for travelers. Maybe consider other options or plan ahead for transportation and cleaning.
