Stayed with family that live here. The location is great being so close to Crescent mall and is close to convenience stores like Ministop. I also like Ippudo a lot. It has a passable gym and a very nice pool. I especially like the pool on the third floor, which is usually uncrowded.
The main pool is nice, unfortunately the kids pool is run down and all the slides are broken and it's a little dangerous and very dirty looking, they need to fix this. Great location as it's a 2 minute walk to crescent shopping mall. There is also a nearby salt water swimming pool, 4p pizza and Asian restaurant within a 1 minute walk.
Agreed with Vina We Stay to check in at 11am, but when I reached, the apartment was in a mess. Waited 1 hour for the cleaning to be done. During that time, I saw that there was no duvet cover and asked them about it. They casually told me that it was not necessary (what?). After I insisted on it, they said that it would take a few days as their worker would need to make it by hand, this is a lie. After 1 hour of waiting, they left, the floor was swept, but everything above the ground was dusty, from shelves to the wardrobe. The worst of it was that the pillow cases they had put on were wet and had visible stains. I called the agent and their reason was that I had wanted to check in earlier, no apologies were given by them and it seemed they felt that our agreement for an earlier check in meant a dirty apartment, stained, wet, and missing bed linens were to be expected. In the end, we agreed everything would be ready by 2pm, even the duvet covers would also magically appear. At 2 p.m., the only thing that changed was that the pillow cases are now dry. During the stay , each spring in the mattress could be felt, and I had to purchase a topper on my own. The towels and bed linens were visibly dirty or have yellowed considerably. The air conditioning unit in the masterbed room is tucked in a corner and struggles to cool the room adequately. The story stops here as I'm just tired of typing more.
