Schloss Hotel Holzrichter

We drove past the castle and noticed people in the restaurant and we were so hungry. As we got out of our van the owner smiled and asked if we wanted to stay the night in our van. Parked on the field in beatiful surroundings. We loved every minute. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was so kind. Will definitely suddenly drive by some other time 🌟

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the beautiful Holzrichter hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, sitting on top of a hill which provides a nice getaway place with great views. The rooms are immaculate, very clean and cozy with all necessities provided. The restaurant and reception are located in a separate building, which makes it so that the main building with the rooms and wellness are not constantly bustling with people, which makes it extra calm and quiet and is a big plus. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast which has a wide variety of fresh choices and since we had the half-pension arrangement we also ate dinner every night which had a different 3-course menu every night and where the food was always very good. The best part of the hotel in our opinion however, is the staff. Everyone was just so nice and accommodating, from the owner himself to the restaurant and room staff. This hotel is a prime example where customer service and friendliness can really make or break your stay, at the Holzrichter it definitely made our stay! A big thank you to all staff, you will be seeing us again in the future! Highly recommended!
