Under new management! This is my first time in Europe and I couldn’t have had a better experience! The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms & bathrooms are clean and modern, the staff’s customer service is first class with Victoria and David. They were attentive, friendly and very accommodating to our group of 16. We plan to be back! Bravo Schloss Neuburg!
Great hotel in nature with beautiful view, very good food, polite personnel and very nice rooms!
Same as another person 4 weeks ago, I had a booking confirmation, paid already, tried to contact them via message and phone a few days before, nothing, then arrived in front of a closed hotel - unbelievable!
