Schlosshotel Hellenstein

Nice little hotel it has a nice view, food is good not amazingly extravagant but good, staff is amazing and helpfull. It has amazing parking options. But the rooms could be a bit better, paravan of bathtub had a bit of mold and they could better clean toilets. But all in all a good place to stay at.

The room size was ok, but the bed was so small for two. Semi-double bed for two adults is not right. Our sleeps were quite bad ones. Also, they have a ''policy'' not to clean the room. So, when we came back to the hotel after having an exahsting day, we had to come back to a room which was not cleaned. They don't even change the towels. Very dissapointed. It's hard to find a receptionist at night time, the room service telephone wasn't picked up. They say they are four star hotel, really? I don't understand. Breakfast was pretty standard, but there're not enough staff to take care of all the customers.

After an hour and a half, they brought me soup from the two-course menu. they didn't bring the second course because "this is this". I asked three times where the second course was. they took the whole 15 euros. They didn't even apologize. Appalling inexcusable behavior. I am very disappointed. Other colleagues from the choir gave me their food 🙏
