Schlosshotel Kitzbühel The Spa Momentum By A Rosa Collection

We had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Kitzbühel this past weekend. What truly made our experience exceptional was Martina from the kids club. She was absolutely amazing with our child, warm, attentive, and full of positive energy. She not only made our little one feel at home but also gave us thoughtful feedback and updates, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Martina, for going the extra mile and making our stay even more enjoyable!

We are so happy with our stay! Everything was so exquisite. But definitely what we loved the most was the Sauna Infusion by Tobi. That was the biggest highlight of our stay! Honestly can’t wait to go back and connect again with Tobi. Thank you all very much for such a wonderful experience.

5 star hotel with a 2 stars service. Reception employees don't know what's going on in their hotel where they working. Management doesn't show up. No waiters to attend the Pool service. Finding a room is difficult as they have a second building with a separate elevator, what the reception employee didn't explain. I had to pay the friendly bagage boy to navigate us through the labyrinth of the hotel and getting a better room. No bottle of water in the room available. Breakfast buffet was Ok. Information desk didn't could tell us that the hotel has boutique to buy a bikini. In general a disappointing experience.
