Phenomenal hotel. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced by far. Best sauna experience I’ve ever had. The fitness instructors were all top class not to mention the great gym as well. Shout out Phoebe (do her kettle bell class) The hotel staff were all very nice and professional! (Shout out Sylva). The rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the interior design and aesthetic of the hotel as well. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Zermatt! Well worth the price. Surprised this is not rated as a 5 star hotels it certainly lives up to the hype.

Our room on the third floor provided stunning views of the iconic Matterhorn—truly a sight that takes your breath away each morning.What sets this hotel apart, however, is their remarkable staff and genuine hospitality. We arrived yesterday9, only to realize we had mistakenly booked our non-refundable reservation for July 27-29 instead of June 27-29. Rather than enforce the strict terms of our booking, the front desk team immediately worked to find a solution. Within minutes, they located an identical room on the same floor with the same magnificent Matterhorn view and graciously transferred our reservation at no charge.This level of customer care is increasingly rare in hospitality. The staff transformed what could have been a vacation disaster into a seamless experience, demonstrating genuine concern for guest satisfaction over profit.For travelers seeking luxury accommodations with authentic Swiss hospitality, impeccable service, and one of the world's most spectacular mountain views, this hotel is simply outstanding. Highly recommended without reservation.

Walking distance from the Zermatt train terminal. Very neat, modern and classy hotel with indoor pool, spa, gym and restaurant. The staff were attentive and the ambiance very relaxed. I would book again. Impressive indoor pool, small yet very good quality. The walls and floor of the pool was all stainless steel which felt really clean.
