Schlössl Hotel Kindl

Quaint spa with beautiful surroundings which makes for some great walks. The 6 course dinners are exceptional. You choose your menu from a number of options each more tantalizing then the next and not just on the menu! Service is great, staff are friendly and really try there best. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel is a bit unnerving and the massages were a bit underwhelming.

Very nice rooms, meals, and pools. Service varies, depending on the person: sometimes very friendly and professional, other times less so. Smokers seem to have taken over the outdoor areas:, the pool area, the terrace, and even balconies. If you keep the balcony door open (necessary at hot weather as there is no air-conditioning in the rooms), cigarette smoke from the neighbors gets into your room in a very unpleasant way. The music in the bar facing the pool is unnecessarily loud all day long from 8am until 9-10pm, not really serving anyone and not improving the atmosphere in any way.

This is a nice looking hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean. Pool area is also very good. Meals are nice. But if you are not a smoker this hotel is not for you. Although guest are not allowed to smoke in their rooms they can smoke in their balconies and on the sun terrace tables all around the pool. We had constantly cigarette smell in our room due to the heavy smoking neighbours. Very unpleasant. Also not a place to enjoy relaxing atmosphere due to all day long disco music played in the bar facing the pool. It starts at 8am and continues until 10pm. So definitely not a quiet or romantic.
