Location 4.5/5 Bedroom 3.5/5 Living room 4.0/5 Kitchen 2.0/5 General equipment 3.0/5 Seven of us were guests at Hellen Brise for almost a week. The process went smoothly, all in all it was good. We liked the bright and friendly layout of the house, the short distance to the bike rental and the city as well as the beach, as well as the constant peace and quiet from traffic. The outdoor area was a bit small, but completely sufficient. The two bathrooms were also enough for us as a group. The sleeping arrangements were largely pleasant (even small TVs), only in the attic the attention to detail was somehow lost: a small closet and an otherwise empty room with a broken fly net. The room didn't seem inviting. We spent most of the time in the living room, quite compact for seven people (couch max. 5 people plus 1 in the rocking chair), but sufficient. The television was quite difficult to use because it responded extremely slowly or not at all to button input. The dining table was right next to the kitchen, quite convenient. However, the ceiling lamp was hanging in the way of each of us and seemed completely out of place as it was just a nuisance. The kitchen was too small. The refrigerator is intended for one, maximum three people. So we had to leave a lot unrefrigerated and buy new things every day (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). The kitchen did not have scales or larger bowls that would be appropriate for a group of seven. Furthermore, the normal set (fork, spoon, butter knife) was used up after one meal - no problem if it weren't for this MINI dishwasher. Hardly any space, intended for a single person and not enough for 7 people. However, it is worth mentioning that there is a washing machine with a drying function. Unfortunately it didn't work for us, but the error could be ours. There was also a vacuum cleaner, a laundry rack and brooms. The electric grill provided was completely sticky and crusty, but was still enough for grilling. It should also be noted that the WiFi offered in the house has a data limit. For us it was already on the fourth day after more or less moderate use. However, after speaking to the landlord, we were provided with more data volume. Actually an action that you as a vacationer don't want to think about. The price is okay so far. Taking all the parameters listed above into account, we get an average of 3.4 stars, although in this case we would give it 4 stars because overall we had a relaxing holiday.

Overall, the house was great. It's stylishly furnished and decorated. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Only the floor could have been mopped after six months of non-use (due to the pandemic). The house had everything you need. We were four adults and two small children. A stair gate on the upper floors would have been beneficial. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the fact that there were no blinds that really blocked out the light. And the dishwasher is a bit small considering that up to seven people can stay there. But even plastic children's dishes were provided. We were very satisfied with the house and can definitely recommend it.
