Schwarzer Adler Kitzbühel Adults Only

We stayed here for a week, when booking the room the receptionist was super informative and helpful. Once we arrived (very easily accessible) we could park in front on the hotel while they unloaded and parked the car for us, also placed our ski gear into the ski room, we were greeted with champagne and smiles, everyone was extremely nice! The room was super spacious, great balcony, and nothing missing except for maybe a coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing, everything was delicious, huge choice, fresh fruits, juices (juice presser), and incredible service! On my birthday, I received the most delicious marble cake from the staff, they were very cute! The cleaning lady was super nice and always made sure our room was super clean, we could communicate a bit as she was Hungarian-Ukrainian and she was always super friendly and flexible in timing.. the Spa was great too, and the masseuse Elena was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is a couple minutes away from the first cable car station by foot, and a minute from the centre. The food was also delicious during lunch, and the service was very nice. When we visit Kitzbühel again, we will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel!

My mom and I stayed at hotel schwarzer Adler for a short weekend getaway. We had an amazing time! At the arrived the line bellboys immediately parked our car and brought our luggage to the room. The check in was extremely fast and we were also offered something to drink in the meantime. The bar + restaurant have an amazing choice of drinks and food (especially the truffle pizza slayed hardddd!) The room was amazing and also the spa had everything you needed. Only the gym was a little hot but we still managed to squeeze in a good workout! Obviously the location of the hotel is amazing and everything you need was close by. Even a billa in case you need any snacks or whatever in your room. Especially the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helping with whatever we needed. So I/we can DEFINITELY recommend staying at this hotel. Especially the bell boy who got our luggage from our room to the car was extremely nice. GaLiGrü, Giulia & Heide Gekeler :)))

Had a really nice stay here for skiing. Breakfast was really nice and the room was really nice and comfortable.
