Schwarzer Adler

we travel a lot, and I can honestly say that in our decades of international travel, this hotel experience tops the list in terms of service. It's been years since we stayed in a hotel where ALL of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. These days, this is something which is sadly not common anymore! the bartender & waiter even had our room number and allergens memorized, they offered me an alternative dessert last night which I really appreciated so much. This hotel goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for their guests, and that is really worth gold! Other hotels should send their staff here for training :) (really!) The entire place is immaculately clean, the dinner was actually very good and the wine list was superb! we even detoured past one of the wineries to get 2 cases of wine on the way home. We stayed in the winter time, but we can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the rooftop and the garden and the nearby trails in the sunshine. We never stay in the same place twice (we like to discover new things) but this hotel is one of the few places we would definitely return to!

FANTASTIC!!! The unbelievable food, service, scenery, and location at the foot of Alpe di Siusi made our stay at Hotel Schwarzer Adler the pinnacle of our vacation! We had the half board package and enjoyed amazing breakfast and dinners every day. The saltwater pool and drinks in the lounge were perfect endings to mind-blowing hikes in The Dolomites. The kindness and hospitality from Claudia, Patricia, and the dining staff was incredible. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have been staying several times in Hotel Schwarzer Adler in Seis am Schlern during the skiing season. The hotel is excellent in all aspects, location, comfort, cleanliness and service. Food is of really high quality and the buffet breakfast as good as it gets. Staff is very friendly and efficient and the family management is dedicated in making all their guests comfortable and happy. And rates are very reasonable, great value for money. I look forward to staying again in the summertime. in this fantastic nature and good climate.
