SCN Wellness Spa and Resort Rayong

Great hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

this "resort" didn't appeal to me for many reasons, but my comments will focus on only three: first, value for money, i paid 1,990 per night, total was 9,300 for 4 nights, just me and my two cats. this cost doesn't make sense for the value, i don't want to say what i think its worth, potential customers can decide for themselves. second reason, location is in a cramped compound several km from sukhumvit, difficult to drive into and out of the hotel, unadvisable at night time, area is unsuitable for/to be called a resort. i made the mistake of booking in a hurry, this is my fault. i recommend anyone considering this place to LOOK FIRST, otherwise you could be surprised by the property. i give it 3 stars only to say it might be acceptable to some people at some price. i felt the price i was charged was unreasonable and the location/compound unsuitable, maybe thats why i was the only customer for 3 of 4 nights. third, the room key deposit of 1,000 thb doesn't give the place a good impression in my opinion.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would. We booked a two bedroom room here and when we arrived we only received a one bedroom room. At the property nobody was helpful in changing our room and we decided to leave. We have been trying to receive our refund for the false advertisement but the property and booking.com keep going around in circles and won’t contact me back. To pay for a room in full and not receive the room we paid for ethically deserves a full refund. I am happy to take this review down once my issue is resolved.
