Scottsdale Camelback Resort

My girlfriend and I went for a girls spa day at the Running Water Spa. I had Alex as my massage therapist. She was great. She listened to no deep tissue. The oils they used were great for sensitive skin. Just fabulous. If you live locally you should go for the day. We were also able to use all of the amenities. We got in the pool and ate lunch. They have a gym on the same level that can be used as well. Chloe gave us a tour of all of the spa and pool amenities. Great customer.

I had a facial done here and my girl was absolutely fantastic. The spa area could use some updating...the plants look cheap but overall nice. The pool area has affordable food and it was tasty too! Nice place not super fancy.

I will never book this place again. It was the worst experience I've had at a "resort". The front desk was dry and unwelcoming. My room smells like mildew and there was a wet spot on the carpet. I brought it to the attention of management and their solution was to spray a fragrance over it. IT DID NOT WORK. I didn't feel the need to complain again, because I shouldn't have to. I could not wait to check out. I was excited and told everyone where I was staying at. Unfortunately I will be posting my experience on all my social media. Everyone in my training class will know my experience. Everyone that I told before will know my experience. You have no idea how disappointed I was with management on this property. NEVER NEVER NEVER
