Great establishment. Real Tuscany aroma from all over the place. Big flaw is the lack of air conditioning units in rooms but as I learned this is common in all farm like hotels in all tuscany and maybe all Italy(?) At night its not a problem in August as the temp drops to 24-25 degrees C but at 35 C during halfday its a problem .

Great location, good facilities, the apartments are a bit dated and can certainly use an upgrade, but the pools are great the location is just priceless, no bad photos can be shot here ;-) great support team with kid's care and a lot of activities. If anything, a bit too many activities, not much peace around but that's the them of the place, so just know it before you book. No internet in the rooms and that's a minus, but good food in the restaurants, and that's a plus!

Due to the remote location, getting here without a car was fairly challenging. Although Sandra at reception was very helpful and friendly to us settling in. She also happened to be the most confident in English speaking which made it easier to resolve any issues we had. Sandra helped us get a taxi sorted to the nearest train station and went out of her way to purchase us suncream as we didn’t have a car to leave the resort. Her kindness went a long way for us travelling through Italy and we hope she knows it didn’t go unnoticed.
