It was okay or at least what you'd expect for the price. One of the comforters had a cigarette burn in it, smoke detector had dead batteries, the pool smelt like urine, stove needed to be cleaned, and the shower didn't look clean at all. There wasn't much parking but there is additional parking in back and the place is across the street from the beach, so that was good. We stayed there last minute due to having to give up our original house we'd rented months early because we had a house fire, so there weren't too many options left. Definitely didn't feel very safe for our family because there was a variety of people there. There was also a hornets nest above our door that was never taken care of after being reported and we had children with us. No housekeeping at all. The staff was nice. I definitely don't recommend taking your family here.

When we first walked in, all you could smell was a musty smell. It turned out our whole place had water damage and black mold on the ceiling. The 2 lamps next to our bed was covered in black mold. When I called the office, they were friendly and said housekeeping would be taking care of it. After a day, housekeeping still did not stop by. We took care of the moldy lamps ourselves. The floors were sandy and not clean. We left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore. All of our belongings smelled musty after we left also.

Booked through VRBO for this upcoming June, Ocean Breeze canceled my reservation 3 days later by calling me, then tried to keep half the deposit I paid VRBO.
