Seabreeze Hotel & Villa is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Otres Beach, the location is perfect. What makes this place stand out is exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a serene garden atmosphere that adds to the relaxing vibe. Whether you're here for a short escape or a longer vacation, Seabreeze offers the perfect balance of comfort and charm.

Everything was good. The buffet was yummy, the place was clean and tidy except that the utensils and cups were pretty unclean for me. Looking forward to stay again if can :) Nice view from the room.

We stayed here for just one night, choosing it mainly for its proximity to the airport. The staff were very friendly, but most spoke little to no English. For example, when we tried to order dinner via room service, communication was impossible. Eventually, someone came to our room to take the order, but they also couldn’t speak English. We had to wait until another staff member was phoned, who could finally understand us. That said, the food we eventually received was very good. Breakfast hours were also confusing. Some staff told us it started at 6:30 am, while the information board stated 7:30 am. Since we had to leave early, we asked several times before getting a clear answer about whether we could have breakfast at all. In the end, they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us to take away, which we appreciated. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and offers a nice view, but the music was so loud it was impossible to relax. Even after we politely asked if the volume could be lowered, we were told it wasn’t possible. Our room was very spacious, but the ventilation system was uncomfortably loud, and the placement of the coffee machine and kettle plugs was impractical. For a four-star hotel, certain standards can reasonably be expected — clearer communication, better noise management, and more attention to detail would go a long way. Overall, it works for a short overnight stay, but there’s room for improvement.
